“COMPANY HISTORY”

 The company which was founded as Ruth Jansen Realty in 1975 by Ruth Jansen, a lifelong resident of Vernon Township, began with a single office located on the corner of Route 94 and Vernon Crossing Road. In 1991, after being purchased by Hans Gross, the company was renamed CENTURY 21 Gross & Jansen Realtors. In 1995, the company joined the CENTURY 21® System, the largest real estate company in the world, and became known as CENTURY 21 Gross & Jansen Realtors.
